[Data-modeling] Music Festival type: delete?

This is an old type, with no properties of its own. It's causing some problems because "Event" is an included type, even though the type is used for both recurring and one-off events.  There are newer types for Concert and Concert Tour, which cover similar ground, and there has been a request to delete the Music Festival type.
