to nitpick, a source would assert that the data is verifiable, but not
necessarily true (e.g. sources for the Aliens
<http://aliens.freebase.com/>base). Wikipedia's got a comprehensive
write up on verification

+1 to the idea, but in practice this meta-meta-data could get complex.
I threw together a *prototype* schema of how this might happen, but please
note that this *DOES NOT WORK* in the client. (doesn't show links)
A verification<http://www.freebase.com/type/schema/user/sprocketonline/default_domain/fact?domain=/user/sprocketonline/default_domain>
type
linking a link to a source of verification, and also to user reviews of this
source.
A verification source<http://www.freebase.com/type/schema/user/sprocketonline/default_domain/verification_source?domain=/user/sprocketonline/default_domain>type,
which can be added to a website, written work etc.. User's can review
if this is reliable or not.
A verification review<http://www.freebase.com/type/schema/user/sprocketonline/default_domain/verification_review?domain=/user/sprocketonline/default_domain>type
which would allow users to check out a verification/source and leave a
report.
A verification status<http://www.freebase.com/type/schema/user/sprocketonline/default_domain/verification_status?domain=/user/sprocketonline/default_domain>type
which would allow users to review if it is verified, reliable, not
present or whatever...
