[Data-modeling] keeping Freebase topics and Wikipedia pages in sync; uncertainty in who is the composer

Something entirely different popped into my mind when I saw the
subject, so I'm going to hijack the thread briefly to ask what the
intended synchronization strategy is, specifically with regard to:

a) deleted Wikipedia pages
b) renamed Wikipedia pages

>From observation it would appear that neither of these have an effect
on Freebase topics, although this may be remnants of a previous
behavior.  What's the intended effect of these?  (not really a data
modeling question, I suppose -- oh well)
