Celebrities: Admins unresponsive. Needs work.

Chemistry: Fairly solid. I wonder about the type "Chemist", though,
which has no properties.

Comics: Product of a recent merge between comic books and comic
strips. Very little activity. Schema probably needs work, but nobody
seems very interested.

Computer Games: Subject of lots of ongoing work and discussion. While
far from perfect, I think it's developing well.

Computers: Lots of discussion, but stuff doesn't tend to get resolved
or actioned. Needs serious work.

Conferences: A recent promotion to commons. Fairly solid wrt schema,
but sparse wrt data. If work's needed, it's more in the data import
area.

Cricket: Like many specific sports commons, is sparse and poorly-
maintained. We're just not that into sports, I think!

Digicams: well designed schema, but very static. Had we had bases
when this was built, we would've made it one, I think. Makes me wish
we could split all product-related stuff out of Business into a
Products commons, and move the digicam data into there.

Education: solid, responsive.

Engineering: a recent Commons domain. Under construction by Iain and
Spencer. Needs work.

Event: solid, responsive.

Fashion: new Commons, nothing much to do here other than populate it.

Fictional universes: What's there is fairly solid, but there are
ongoing discussions about whether to make a type for "Fictional X"
where X is something represented in the commons: a car model, a
disease, an airport, etc. This is a hard issue, and one we tend to
mostly avoid/brush off.

Film: What's there is fairly solid, but only really handles feature
films. There's an ongoing issue regarding what to do about made-for-TV
movies, Internet-published video, music videos, shorts, etc. A hard
problem.

Food and Drink: extensive schema, ongoing development... not perfect
but I think it's working reasonably well in terms of responsiveness,
development, etc.

Freebase: not sure how much this is used outside of Freebase staff and
apps built to give us information about what's in Freebase (from the
Freebase.com website itself to Acre apps like the expert hub). It's a
bit of a dumping ground and schemas here (and in related domains like /
freequeue) are often poorly designed, not reviewed, and nearly
impossible to change after the fact. It concerns me, but in a
different way from the other Commons.
