[Data-modeling] Proposed changes for music composition and instrument modeling

Please take a look at the Composition schema on sandbox:

Note the new Composition type, Gross scoring, and Detailed scoring 
properties.  (I am not happy with the names; suggestions are very welcome.)

Also note the new types that support them, Compositional structure type, 
Scoring count, and Scoring role.
