[Data-modeling] What does "Type/Domain equivalent topic" mean ?

Its user contributed.  think of it as documentation.  if the type  
administrator wants to make that association they can, to describe the  
type better.

yes, our id namespace is currently explicitly english.

thanks for pointing this out, its a bug in the dump.   there is no /en  
domain so there should be no /en dump.
