[Data-modeling] RSS feeds constrained by user

I would find (A) more useful than (B). I don't need to see my own edits
because I know what they are. Just because several other people are
entrusted with the task of administering the same domain doesn't mean I
assume their data input to be uninteresting. :)
Besides, (A) is more generic. It can be used to filter out any user,
including a member, expert, or admin of the domain. If "not_user" can
take a list of values, then the equivalent of "not_admin" can be
achieved by putting all admins (usually less than 4) on the "not_user" list.
