[Data-modeling] RSS feeds constrained by user

I've been making lots of edits to a base recently, and would love to 
have an RSS feed of changed made to it by folks /other/ than me. We were 
discussing this a bit in the office, and it seems like it would likely 
be doable to offer
either:
(A) a feed of changed that weren't by user X, something like 
http://madman.freebase.com/feed/history/all/base/madman?not_user=/user/jfry 
, or
(B) a feed of changes by anyone that wasn't an admin of the domain, 
something like 
http://madman.freebase.com/feed/history/all/base/madman?not_admin 
<http://madman.freebase.com/feed/history/all/base/madman?not_user=/user/jfry>

Would either of these be useful to you? One more than the other?
