Right. Real people who are portrayed in fiction should be typed with the
"person or being in fiction" type, which can then be linked to the
fictionalized version. A topic of the type "person" should never be typed as
"fictional character".  Seinfeld, as you suggest, is a good example of this,
and now displays correctly (the two topics have existed for a long time, but
they weren't linked together properly):
