[Data-modeling] Removing included type from a type?

Every base has its own topic type, which is an included type of all types
created within that base. This type is how topics are assigned to a base;
i.e., if a topic is typed with a base "topic" type, that topic is part of
that base. Viewing the topic and clicking the "remove from base" link should
remove the base topic type.
