    You need to have pros designing your schemas:  preferably both pro 
schema people and subject pros,  but I'd pick a pro schema designer any 
day.  I've seen too projects where man-months of rework were caused by a 
bad schema.

    If you let people do anything they want with schemas,  you're going 
to be stuck with the chaos of Web 2.0,  and isn't that what we're trying 
to get past?
