[Data-modeling] Tax Scofflaw Tom Daschle is no longer to be a cabinet member, should we capture such info (plus reasons for withdrawal?)

We had fun earlier with the Obamabase were he was given the nod for  
HHS and Agriculture. Then He was selected by  Pres. O for HHS and we  
captured that with position and date announced.

Today he withdraws (as well as one other person) due to being a bad  
citizen for non-payment of taxes.

Is it worth while to capture all the potential cabinet members and  
list in order of nomination and then associate the winning person with  
the cabinet position and date of confirmation/swearing in?

(thinking of Mr. Bork and the many others who wilted under the glaring  
spotlight shown on those seeking a candidacy for a government/ 
legislative position).
