ceviche: marinate (which, depending on the recipe could be room temperature or refrigerated @ x degrees)
ice cream:  various - from simmer to freeze (with the freezing using specialized manual or electric equipment)
sauerkraut: pickle

ah - missed the recipe collection property.  nice.

We've been talking about that, and can't figure out how to do it.
