[Data-modeling] Refactoring of some Olympics types

I think, actually, that while Olympic medals are only won by entering  
the event, awards are won in a number of ways: explicit entry,  
nomination, just being picked, etc.  So the nominations/awards split  
still seems reasonable to me.
