[Data-modeling] Citations type being deprecated (affects medicine domain, too)

There is a type in the Media Common domain called "Citation" <URL:
http://www.freebase.com/type/view/media_common/citation>. This is a leftover
placeholder from a time before we had really figured out how citations would
work. It's been marked as deprecated for awhile now, and I'm going to delete
it. It's the expected type of a few properties, so these will have to be
changed. Specifically, it is expected by the property "references" of the
types "Disease of Condition" and "Medical Treatment"; these properties have
no data in them. Because the disease or treatment would presumably be the
subject of the work being cited, these properties aren't really necessary,
so I propose just deleting them. It is also expected by the "references"
property of "Medical Trial"; there are a few instances in this property, and
I propose changing the expected type to "Written Work" (which is parallel to
how we treat citations from scholary publications), and migrate the existing
data over.

Thoughts?
