[Data-modeling] Announcing a new 'Special Film Performance' type topic: Debut

I definitely agree that co-star is not appropriate for this. Co- 
starring is a TV performance designation as I understand it. I would  
certainly be for it's removal on film.

I recuse myself over the issue of Debut. My suggestion remains that if  
it is indeed thought of being of interest and value to freebase, Debut  
could be instead a property on /film/actor than as an special  
performance type.
