[Data-modeling] Announcing a new 'Special Film Performance' type topic: Debut

This doesn't really make sense to me. The fact that a performance was a Debut does not exclude some of the other possible values of the Special Performance enumeration, such as playing his/herself, or being a co-star (those two could also co-exist, so the problem existed anyway). Since it's a unique property, you can only choose one. It seems like this property needs to be split up.
