[Data-modeling] Updating ECT of /geography/lake/inflow and /geography/lake/outflow

/geography/lake/inflow and /geography/lake/outflow will have the ECT  
updated to /geography/body_of_water .  This should be transparent;  
however, applications that expect these 2 properties to have the ECT  
of /geography/lake_in_outflow will break.  I'd like to make these  
changes this week - let me know if anyone has issues with this.
