It's worth noting that there are commons types for a lot of the things
people are recommending -- Protected Place is designed to be used for parks
of all kinds, including Alec's "very local" ones, and has properties for
visitors, park system, and park administrator; it also has an included type
of Location, so containment and area are available as well.
