[Data-modeling] Human Anatomy commons?

A human anatomy schema would be fantastic. There is a nice
ontology out of U Wash (and I'm sure there are other good ones):

http://sig.biostr.washington.edu/projects/fm/AboutFM.html

Might be worthwhile to investigate their work and possibly leverage
this existing ontology.

Regards,
Dan

Subject: [Data-modeling] Human Anatomy commons?

Hi,

The Medicine commons currently has a bunch of types about human anatomy
that don't quite belong there. I'd like to propose that we establish a
new Human Anatomy commons and move them there. Types I would suggest as
part of this new data commons are:

Anatomical structure
Artery
Biofluid
Bone
Brain Structure
Cranial nerve
Hormone
Ligament
Muscle
Nerve
Vein

Comments?
