[Data-modeling] Adding Release Date to CVG/Game Version

Thanks for the pointer, John. This looks kind of like the "Release dates"
property on Film. It seems like the current CVT (Game Version) is fine and
can just be extended to have a release date in order to be up to par with
yours. It also has a couple of extra properties, like Publisher and
Developer, that seem pretty central to the concept of a release.
