Nice, I really like it too.

Some suggestions/feedback after playing around with it for 5 minutes:

* Warn if Java not installed - I watched a blank screen for a minute  
waiting to see if anything would happen :-(
* Some sort of progress bar - it's disconcerting when you think  
everything is loaded, start looking at the graph and all of a sudden  
15 new things appear.
* Freebase-Suggest for the search box
* Scroll-wheel zooming
* Numbers aren't showing Example: http://thinkbase.cs.auckland.ac.nz/index.html?q=/en/imec 
  doesn't show Number of employees or Revenue
* Unicode chars aren't displaying properly: http://thinkbase.cs.auckland.ac.nz/index.html?q=/guid/9202a8c04000641f8000000000061222
