[Data-modeling] Proposed change to Organization type

There seem to be two issues here.

1.  Official mailing addresses are often in a different place that the  
headquarters.
2.  It is more useful to specify a Mailing Address than a Location.

I think  we may eventually need to specify both mailing address and  
the address of the headquarters, but I am happy just specifying the  
address of the one or the other for now.
