[Data-modeling] Proposed change to Organization type

+1 for mailing address over location.

If headquarters is found to be necessary, I suggest it be added on an as
needed basis through a Headquarters co-type. This would allow a topic name
for the headquarters, include properties of the Building type, and have
reciprocated link to the organization.
