[Data-modeling] Last (hopefully!) book remodeling proposal

How about changing the "Interior Illustrations by" property to "Interior
illustrations" and add another property of "Cover illustrations", both could
be an "Illustration instance" with the additional property of "Illustration
name" and "Illustration location" or some better name that describes page
numbers and covers (page = 0 or Null if Cover Illustration?). The
"Illustration role" property (e.g., cover artist) would then be unnecessary
because users could pull that from the "Cover illustration" property or from
the "Illustration location" if it is used. Currently, only cover artist and
illustrator are listed in the enumerated type of "Illustrator role".
