This is an excellent start.

The first concern I have isn’t so much with the model but its use; the 
Woodstock series of festivals and the first Woodstock festival should 
not be the same topic.

I do wonder if Musical Festival Tour Stop shouldn’t be a separate type 
from Musical Festival.  It seems tempting, e.g., to add Taste of Chaos 
as the Occurrence of Recurring Festival for Taste of Chaos 2007 San 
Francisco.  That would also avoid the weirdness of having a Creator 
property for T.o’C.’07S.F.

A minor thing: how does one model a non-musical act (such as a comedian) 
or an MC (Wavy Gravy)?  <can contents="worms">Perhaps it is time for a 
Performing Artist supertype...</can>
