[Data-modeling] Music Festival, Festival Tours, and Recurring Festivals

A-ha... good call... I meant to change Artists to lineup, but totally
forgot to do so.
I like the Creator/ organizer... that actually seems to appear in the
WP infobox, as well.
I'm actually really not happy with the naming currently... I want to
play around with the type and property names a bit more to try to
figure out wording that makes sense.
