[Data-modeling] Olympics domain for review

There is 'some' data available for the original Olympic Games of Ancient Greece...I'd assume it would be a separate domain as the events/awards are a bit different. Any interest in that as well as our current Games?

But for the current Games:

Olympic Ceremony stuff: Oly President, Notable Attendees, Performers, opening/closing, theme, designer, production staff/company)
Olympic Torch Bearers? (on the route from Greece to Host Site) (Date and location)
Olympic Torch Route? (Could be tricky building a path with geolocation data, city to city would be easiest)
Olympic Oath Taker?
Olympic Organizations? (staff, CEO)
Olympic Host City? (Year)
Olympic Bid City? (Year, bid round eliminated)
Olympic Mascot?

So I have this user domain about the Olympics, at http://www.freebase.com/view/user/skud/olympics and I'd love some people to take a look at it.

The main thing that I'm undecided about is that the events contested in a given Olympic Games and the medals awarded are kind of redundant/denormalised. That is, the same information is appearing twice. But if you make it so it only appears once, under medals awarded, it would seem to discourage people from entering in events for which the medals are not yet awarded or are unknown.

The other thing I'm considering adding is demonstration events/sports.

Comments welcome.

K.
