Sure, that's simple enough. Looking at the /Endocrine_system page on 
Wikipedia, I think a useful property to have here is cells that produce 
hormones via a property like "Secreted from cells". A simple Cell type 
can be created to support that, and seeded with data from 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Human_cells
