[Data-modeling] Medicine domain will not cover veterinary medicine or phytopathology

Hi Jessica,

Yes, I think it makes sense to create a separate Veterinary Medicine 
domain, at the same level as the current Medicine domain. That should 
help cut down on confusion.

It might be a while before the new domain becomes available... I'd like 
to take a look at the Medicine domain and its current types/properties 
with our data community and work out some additions/changes. I'm hoping 
that lessons learned there and the same design patterns may apply to the 
Veterinary Medicine domain. As a first-year veterinary student, I'm sure 
you already know more about veterinary science than the rest of us. If 
you have any ideas or suggestions, please share with the community! :)
