[Data-modeling] public libraries

Museums should be included as well. A high level modeling similarity 
between libraries and museums is that both hold a large collection of 
carefully and systematically cataloged items and allow the public 
certain access. Some libraries, with rare or valuable items, even blur 
the line between libraries and museums.
