[Data-modeling] Cleanup of some "unused" types in the /government and /theater domains

There are some types that were never cleaned up after a couple of  
schema changes:

/theater/theater_awarding_organization
/government/us_political_party
/government/us_congressional_district
/government/political_office_title
/government/us_political_office_held
/government/us_political_office_term
/government/us_political_office
/government/german_president

Are there any objections to cleaning up and removing these types?  Is  
there anyone developing applications against these types?
