Sorry Jameson, I was catching up on the thread and replying to an
earlier message, not the one you just posted.

I think specifically tagging a role such as this is fine, as long as
you're clear about what it means.

"Head of State" and "Top government official" mean two different
things, at least to me.  Head's of State can often be figureheads (the
British Queen, the Irish President), while the real leader is someone
else (British PM, Irish Taoiseach).  You need to be clear in what role
you are looking for in choosing its name.
