[Data-modeling] church becomes place of worship

As per my post on Monday, I'm changing /religion/church to /religion/ 
place_of_worship.  If there were any apps using this key -- highly  
unlikely, as there were only two topics typed as church -- then they  
will need to be updated to reflect this change.
