[Data-modeling] Filming Locations

I really like this -- it solves one of the persistent problems in the film
domain, which is how to differentiate between the setting of a film and the
location in which it was actually filmed. That said, I'm not sure how to
integrate this with the current Fictional Setting and Work of Fiction types,
which were designed to be used for all media (filmed or otherwise); are you
suggesting a second property on "Work of Fiction" for filmed media? That's
probably the way to go; what do you propose we call it?

Also, would this property replace the property "Notable filming locations"
on the Film type? Or would it just be a denormalization? Replacing it
would be problematic, since the new type doesn't apply to documentaries.
