[Data-modeling] Place of burial

We've thus far only uploaded IDs for locations that were already in Freebase
or Wikipedia, and that we could reconcile.  We haven't uploaded the whole
kit and kaboodle by a long shot, and I don't know when we'll get to it.  I
believe that the next load will be populated places (which probably excludes
cemeteries, unless the undead-American lobby intervenes).
