[Data-modeling] "Dish" type for the Food domain

I'd suggest dish as a type that is nested in itself: "Dishes of this type"
and "Type of dish" could be linked in instead of having separate "Dish" and
"Type of dish" types that seem to be the same thing based on their lists of
topics.

What is the purpose of cuisine? Both "French fry" and "South African" are
typed as cuisine. My suggestion would be to move "French fry" and similar
foods to the "Dish" type. "South African", "Czech", "Mexican", and other
country or cultural references seem more appropriate for cuisine topics.
