[Data-modeling] "Dish" type for the Food domain

Kirrily (aka skud) has a few types relating to food dishes that we're
considering moving to the commons Food domain, and we'd like to hear any
comments before we do so.  The type "Dish" is basically for general dishes
(Waldof salad, tabouli, tacos), rather than specific recipes for these
dishes. It links to a "Type of dish" (e.g., salad, dessert, etc.), Cuisine,
and Typical ingredients.  Take a look and let us know what you think:
