This makes sense.  I added a type for Blended spirit style (as distinct 
from Distilled spirit type) and an age statement (currently an integer; 
could be a floating point for half-years).

I think it also points the way to handling infusions; I had been 
wondering how to collect all the gins together, and an Infused spirit 
style is probably the way to go.
