I'm not sure I understand what you're suggesting -- can you say a little
more about where you think those properties should go, and how they would be
used?

The topics in the "wines" property on "Fortified Wine" should all be
specific wines, rather than general topics like "Port" and "Sherry".  That
said, it would make sense to me to type the topics for Port, Sherry,
Madeira, et al. as "Wine Type", and link the individual wines to them rather
than the more generic "fortified wine".
