[Data-modeling] Distilled & blended spirits

The Blended Spirt type seems a little sparse. It seems like at least Age
Statement and Spirit Type should be properties -- that way you could tell
that Johnnie Walker Black Label is a 12-year old blended whisky, and not,
say, a 6-month-old mixto tequila.
