They both look fine to me.  Thanks for contributing them.

Your concerns just point out a deficiency in the documentation.  The Blended spirit should be a specific blend, such as Père François Calvados, blended by Père François.  I have attempted to clean up the doc.

Probably.  I believe that’s on the to-do list, but I will double check.  In the meantime, what you did is the right thing.
