[Data-modeling] Distilled & blended spirits

That looks like a big improvement. I tried adding a few more "exotic"
types to see where things would break. Poitín fit in without any
problem, but I got a little stuck with Calvados. It's a brandy, an
eau de vie, a blended spirit, and a category of blended spirits
sharing a set of common criteria, so I wasn't really sure where it fit
in the modeling hierarchy. Cognac and Canadian whisky are similar
categories of blended spirits. The blended spirit type wants a
"blender" attribute, so it doesn't really work with categories like
this.
BTW, I accidently added an extra "Calvados" topic and couldn't figure
out how to delete it. I untyped it and flagged it for deletion, but
didn't see a way to really delete it. I can see using deprecation or
other safeguards, for long-standing items, but for something that I
created myself 5 minutes ago with no links to anywhere, shouldn't I be
able to permanently nuke it just on my say-so?
