[Data-modeling] Distilled & blended spirits

With some help, I have taken a whack at modeling distilled and blended 
spirits.  Please take a look at <URL:

subject that interests you.

Try modeling a few of your favorites and see if the model is suitable.

It is intended to handle single distillations — such as single malt 
whisky, most tequilas, brandies, rums, and vodkas — as well as blended 
spirits — such as most blended whiskeys and bourbons.

It does not currently model infusions such as gin, aquavit, or flavored 
vodka, but that is planned.

Comments and suggestions are most welcome.  If people like this, it will 
be promoted to a top-level domain.
