[Data-modeling] Conlangs

There are a few types hanging around in the Language domain that pretty
clearly belong to an abandoned schema for constructed languages (none of
them have any properties, for example). The types are "Language Creator",
"Conlang Purpose", and "Conlang Source". I'd like to either delete them
outright (in the name of tidiness) or flesh out the schema.

Since I suspect that we'll want to keep them, I've put together a schema on
sandbox. Basically, I've added a "Conlang" type that has properties for
Creator, Date of Creation, and Conlang Type.  The latter is just a
repurposing of "Conlang Purpose", and is for data like "Fictional Language",
"International Auxiliary Language", and the like.  I think the "Conlang
Source" type could just be deleted.
