[Data-modeling] software -- single vs multiple values

"Latest version" isn't a date/time field, so it's a slightly different case,
but the word "latest" certainly implies uniqueness to me. Note that all of
these properties have at least one instance with multiple values, so
scrubbing is in order prior to changing the schema.
