I'm still working on my semantic vocabulary so I could use some
clarification. When you write:

Do you mean that a single set of sRGB palette objects would be added as
topics and each topic would have its "Also known as" common property
attributed with the names of objects from different dictionaries? If so,
this would result in the loss of a lot of information such as the link to
which dictionary includes the alias pallet object.
By reconcile do you mean merging all objects of all dictionaries into a
common set of topics in a single dictionary OR linking similar objects
within multiple dictionaries using properties that define their similarity
(e.g., the crosswalk properties of my
Classification_code<http://www.freebase.com/tools/schema/user/spatialed/land_cover/classification_code>type)?
If it is the former, someone will end up making a lot of decisions
during the course of the reconciliation that may cause problems down the
road.
The latter approach sounds like a good one to me and it is the simplest: add
all the objects of each dictionary as topics, link those topics to 1) their
respective dictionaries, and 2) similar topics of other dictionaries using
properties that define the kind of similarity. This approach provides users
with the information needed for peer review and revision of the links. It
would also allow users to cross-reference colors from one dictionary to
another.
