I think its definitely true that specific sRGB colors have multiple
names in different dictionaries.
This seems like a good reference:

This might argue for making the sRGB palette objects and adding all
the aliases rather than trying to reconcile with topics.
I think the fact that rgb.txt has worked its way into HTML, CSS,
Javascript and .NET is a strong indication that naming colors is useful.
