[Data-modeling] Tweaks to the food domain

Oh dear, and I thought this would be a simple fix.
Most of the topics currently using the Whisky type probably map to the idea
of brands most closely. Since my goal here is simply to fix up some of the
existing types, rather than to create whole new schemata, I'm tempted to
just say for now that the type "Whisky" be reserved for whisky brands, and
to let people with more knowledge in the space flesh out the model.
