[Data-modeling] Additional properties to Disease/Physician

Hi,

The second part of the post (a physician's medical specialty) appears to
be boringly uncontroversial so I'm interpreting the lack of a response
as a tacit "go ahead". :) Forward and reverse properties linking
"Medical Specialty" and "Physician" have been promoted to production.

You should see the continuation of the Disease type modeling discussion
from someone in Metaweb (there's a lot of internal and external
interest) soon.
